Sram ebike engine 2024 rumors presentation

After the initial appearances, clearly planned, of the new Sram ebike engine group, all the rumors gave it as certain to Eurobike 2022.

The wait, however, was in vain, not without a certain amazement.

Because everything seemed ready for the official launch.

Instead Sram has not presented the new ebike engine, there are no rumors that some bike manufacturers have a new assembly in store with the Sram ebike engine.

What happened?

Nobody can say, there are no official press releases and even the existence of the Sram ebike engine has never been officially declared by Sram.

In our opinion there may have been problems, not so much technical, but rather the availability of components to make the engine itself and therefore Sram preferred not to present a product, perhaps already definitive, but which could not really be placed on the market. at least not immediately.

At this point the new useful date would return Eurobike 2023.

It could be presented earlier, but when?

To this point after the summer, but we don't believe much in this possibility.

Maybe it will all be postponed by a year.
