As we had predicted in the past, Cervelo presented its first Cervelo ZHT 5 2023 mtb bike.
Nothing special, if it weren't the first Cervelo mtb.
There are no particular novelties in this model, which draws inspiration from the whole mtb world.
Given the cost, we would have expected the presence of the frame kit, a greater number of sizes and more assemblies available.
As it was presented, it is unlikely that it will make its way into the hearts of fans.
Easier than some Cervelo road admirers to refine this bike to their Cervelo racing bike, but we believe it is very difficult for a Specialized owner to switch to this model.
However high prices, despite a good build quality.

Overall, the Cervelo mtb is valid, it can certainly be a good alternative to other products, but we would have expected more.
It is therefore easy that success will be limited, it will hardly steal the market from other competitors, at most it is a valid alternative to those who have been disappointed by other brands.
