The new Guerciotti Navir 2019 road bike is one of the cheapest racing bikes with disc brakes and carbon frame on the market, an entry level that gives a nod to mid-range models. Let's see its technical solutions.

The new Guerciotti Navir frame has a weight of about 1000 grams, or 1kg if you like it better, it is not so high (there are 1400 grams entry level carbon bikes ...) nor is it so small (it doesn't go below the kg like the top bikes), but not superior to many top range bikes for nothing lighter.

Among the special features, it can be made only for the disc brakes, the internal passage of the cables, the hubs of the thru-axle pivots, the new release system of the through pins and then the 27.2 mm seatpost and the differentiated steering series. The new fork, with a slender profile and a small diameter seatpost, helps improve ride comfort, for a compromised bike, between performance and comfort over long distances. Two assemblies are available: Shimano Dura Ace Disc 11v and Shimano Ultegra Disc 11v, with FSA components, Prologo saddle and Ursus wheels. Six available sizes and two colors. A beautiful bike, quality and not overly expensive, which is located halfway between the simplest entry level with carbon frame and the expensive top bikes. Despite the disc brakes, it is not very heavy and with the Dura Ace group it also assumes that aspect of a solid bike made to last that certainly does not make one regret more expensive models.
