NO LIMIT CARBON ENGINEERING introduces the Eureka family's first cyclocross product: Eureka CX.
Eureka is the family of products that represents the highest quality and performance of the entire Guerciotti range.
After a range that is always geared to the race, in this 2018 range, Guerciotti also introduces a cyclocross product, a sector where he is one of the undisputed leaders.
Eureka CX (like the two top Eureka Air and E740 range) is a monochrome frame, made in one piece in a single print, always in full EPS technology.
This allows to have an extremely lightweight frame, keeping the same performance as the previous Lembeek disk model.
Only Torayca fiber is used: T700 (70%), T900 (20%) and T1000 (10%). The high-carbon T1000 carbon is used mainly in the maximum torsion constraints and for the reinforcement of the rear brake disc brake zone. The use of these materials and the innovative design of the rear (Cross Design Concept) guarantee greater elasticity of the frame, without significantly lowering the torsional rigidity.
This design also allows to have a more responsive frame at all stages of action relaunch, where cyclocross is very frequent. For the development of Eureka CX, the experience and suggestions of the Italian Elite champion, Gioele Bertolini, were fundamental.
The T1000 fiber is also used in the motion box area, always braided 3K (but not visible externally).
To be much more durable and secure in extreme driving situations (very frequent situations especially in high-speed Belgium routes), the chassis has been tested with loads greater than 30% of current regulations.
The Eureka CX features all modern standards for a disc brakes frame: internal cable system, standard for electronic groups, 12mm pin and flat mount system. Eureka CX will be the frame that will be used by the Selle Italia Guerciotti Elite team in the 2017/2018 season.
